About Pablo Valerio
Pablo Valerio is partner in the Sustainability and Climate Change department of Forvis Mazars in Spain.
Pablo has 10 years of experience in providing sustainability services to a wide range of corporations, including national and international groups, as well as listed companies.
He is specialized in providing advice under the different sustainability reporting frameworks (ESRS, GRI, SASB, IIRR, TCFD) as well as has extensive experience in the assurance of non-financial or sustainability information under ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410.
Throughout his professional career, Pablo has led numerous types of projects including: preparation of double materiality analyses and sustainability reports, providing advice for ESG analysts, implementation of strategic sustainability plans and Net Zero plans, setting SDGs and SBTi targets, analysis and quantification of climate risks and opportunities, conducting ESG due diligence and human rights due diligence, implementation of internal control systems, etc.
Pablo holds a degree in Forestry Engineering from the University of Valladolid, a master’s degree in environmental engineering and management and an executive program in Big data and Business Analytics, both from the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI).
