Ángel is the founder and Managing Partner of Transcendent, a strategic consultancy specializing in sustainability and impact. The firm’s mission is to accelerate its clients’ transformation to generate positive impact on society and the planet, while strengthening their core business.

Since its founding over six years ago, Ángel has led Transcendent with a clear vision: to help companies turn social and environmental challenges into real opportunities for innovation, growth, and business improvement. Under his leadership, the firm has worked with multinational corporations, listed companies, family businesses, investment managers, and foundations, supporting them in embedding impact at the heart of their strategy.

Prior to founding Transcendent, Ángel built a two-decade career at global pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly, where he held senior leadership roles including General Manager in Denmark and International Director of Marketing, Operations, and Transformation. This experience cemented his expertise in global leadership, business transformation, and strategic innovation.

Ángel holds a degree in Economics from the University of the Basque Country and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
