About Ángel Álvarez Alberdi

Ángel holds a Law degree from the University of Oviedo and a Master’s in Interdisciplinary European Studies specializing in EU Governance (College of Europe, Natolin Campus, Warsaw). He has over 15 years of experience representing corporate interests in Brussels. His previous roles include over a decade as Secretary General of the European association EWABA in the renewable energy sector and Senior Advisor of Government Affairs at the international law firm Mayer Brown. He has also worked at the European association EBB, the global public affairs consultancy Brunswick Group, and the Secretariat-General of the European Commission. He possesses extensive experience with EU policy and legislative processes.
